These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website secondskinindustries.com (the "Site") operated by Second Skin Industries ("SSI", "we", "us" or "our"), and any enquiries you make through it. By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Use of the Site

You agree to use the Site lawfully and not to misuse it, including by attempting to gain unauthorized access, interfering with its operation, or using it to transmit harmful or unlawful content. We may suspend or restrict access to the Site at any time without notice.

2. Services, Enquiries & Quotations

The Site provides information about our paint protection film, color change wraps, ceramic coatings, window tint and related services, and showcases the Inozetek product range.

  • Submitting an enquiry, booking request or quote request through the Site does not create a binding contract. A service agreement is formed only once we confirm scope, pricing and schedule with you in writing.
  • Any prices, estimates or timelines shown or quoted are indicative and subject to a physical inspection of your vehicle. Final pricing depends on the vehicle's make, model, condition, coverage and the products selected.
  • Product colours, finishes and imagery shown on the Site (including Inozetek swatches) are for reference only and may differ from the final result due to screen settings, lighting, vehicle surface and application.

3. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including the Second Skin Industries name and logo, text, graphics, layout, photographs and videos of our work — is owned by or licensed to SSI and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute or use our content without our prior written consent, except for personal, non-commercial viewing.

4. Third-Party Brands & Products

"Inozetek", "Magnus Pro" and other product and manufacturer names referenced on the Site are trademarks of their respective owners. Second Skin Industries is an authorized installer and the exclusive Philippine distributor of Inozetek; references to these brands are made in that capacity and do not imply any other affiliation or endorsement. Product images shown in our catalogue are sourced from the manufacturer for reference.

5. Warranties & Disclaimers

Any warranty on installed products (such as paint protection film or coatings) is provided in accordance with the applicable manufacturer's warranty and the specific service agreement entered into with you, and is subject to proper care and maintenance.

The Site itself is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we work to keep information accurate and up to date, we make no warranties that the Site will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that content is complete or current.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Philippine law, Second Skin Industries shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site, or from reliance on information presented on it. Nothing in these Terms excludes any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

7. External Links

The Site may contain links to third-party websites and social media (for example YouTube, Facebook, Instagram and the Inozetek website). We are not responsible for the content, products or privacy practices of those sites; accessing them is at your own risk.

8. Privacy

Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, which explain how we handle your personal data.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the latest version. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Metro Manila, Philippines.
